Updates to joinmarket-qt to reflect; no signals, only callbacks
Includes code for watching txs both via notify addr and txs;
taker uses the latter (knows full txid), maker the former
Additional code for watching tx spends included for downstream.
Also fixes minor bug in blockr data read.
Modifies schedule syntax to include complete/incomplete flag, so if
restart is chosen then the schedule is continued from the first
incomplete transaction in the sequence.
Introduces an additional jm_state to avoid resending JMTX in case
the response to checkUtxosAccepted takes too long.
Fix bug in -Qt where blockr wallet sync is called with fast option.
Make unconfirmed message more informative (more TODO here).
Fix bug in blockr_data (from upstream).
Some modifications to Wallet to remove user interaction from module.
Removal of ElectrumWrapWallet, moved to the plugin files.
Add tests for aes, mnemonics.
Add harness for tests in jmclient, conftest.py and commontest
Add .coveragerc for these tests locally.
